Can I receive the RAW (unedited) pictures?
To maintain the integrity and signature aesthetic of the diegotorres_photography brand, I do not release RAW files. You are commissioning a finished piece of art; the professional post-production and color grading are vital parts of the creative process you are investing in.
Do you photograph around the entire Island?
Whether your story takes place in the streets of Old San Juan, the cliffs of Cabo Rojo, or the mountains of Cayey, I document across all of Puerto Rico with no additional travel fees.
How long does it take to see the photos?
I value your excitement. You will receive a "First Look" gallery of highlights within 72 hours of your session. The full high-resolution digital archive is delivered via your custom website within 2 weeks.
What happens if it rains during our outdoor session?
Living in the tropics requires flexibility. I monitor the radar closely leading up to our shoot. If the weather compromises the safety of the gear or the visual quality of the session, we will pivot the start time or find a suitable reschedule date at no extra cost.
How many images will we receive?
I prioritize quality over volume. While every session is different, I provide a curated archive (typically 50+ high-fidelity frames) that tells a complete, cohesive story of your day, ensuring every shot meets my professional design standards.
