Solo Guitarist Photoshoot

There’s something about shooting by the coast that always makes things feel a little more intentional. For this session, I photographed Obed at Balneario Punta Salinas, a spot that already has a lot of character on its own. What made it even better was that we stumbled onto a small lake tucked between the pine trees, which completely changed the vibe of the shoot. It felt quiet, almost cinematic, and gave us a really unique backdrop to work with.

Obed came in with a clear vision. He wanted a grainy, vintage look, something that felt raw and timeless rather than overly polished. We leaned into that direction the entire time, from the way we framed shots to how we used the natural light coming through the trees. We spent around two hours shooting, moving between the beach and the lake area, just experimenting and letting things flow. Those are usually the sessions that turn out the best, when there’s a balance between intention and spontaneity.

Once the shoot was done, I took about three days to go through my editing process and really bring that vintage feel to life. Subtle grain, tone adjustments, and color work made everything come together in a way that felt true to what we were aiming for. Everything was delivered digitally through Pixieset, keeping it clean and easy on the client side. Photos Below
